Cranswick Pet Products in Lincolnshire is looking for Hygiene Operatives. You will be reporting to the Lead Operative Hygiene, this role is responsible for ensuring the site cleaning schedule is adhered to, and that the correct cleaning methods are always used. DAYS 4ON 4OFF. Are you self-motivated and hardworking? Are you available and flexible to work 4on 4off shift? Are you looking for on-going work full time and the opportunity of a permanent contract? Training and career progression Opportunity of a permanent contractMain Duties: The cleaning of operational assets, building fabric and environment, and specific external areas. High level cleaning internally as per HLC schedule. Any other duties commensurate with the role. Key deliverables expected are: You leave work in the same condition you arrive. You work with the Lead Operative Hygiene to ensure the manufacturing facility and specific external areas are clean, tidy, and orderly, and crucially, that the product is being produced and packed on assets which meet the required standard of cleanliness and hygiene. You work well with your peers and have a very close working relationship with the Shift Manager, Engineers and shift based QAs to undertake the above Additional Information: Ensure that you understand and adhere to your personal responsibilities with regard the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 or Health and Safety at Work (Northern Ireland) Order SI 1978/1039: Take reasonable care for your own and other's health and safety while at work; Co-operate with your employer on health and safety matters Anything provided in the interests of health, safety or welfare must not be intentionally or recklessly interfered with or misused Responsible to ensure compliance to company policies, procedures, site rules and information and instruction given by your employer To respect and honour the sentiment of the Cranswick ethical policies and codes of conduct, when interacting with your colleagues at all times To work in an Environmental and Energy efficient manner and to respect and honour the sentiment of the Cranswick Environmental and Energy policies and Second Nature principles.
