Safety of yourself and those around whilst the repair is undertaken, and safe disposal of waste Polite and Professional approach Respectful of property you work in. Safe and Considerate Driving. Able to diagnose and complete a cost effective repair. What the company are looking for in their Trades Person : NVQ Level 2 Or above will be required for relevant trades. Experience of working in Social Housing or Building Maintenance environment would be preferred. Be comfortable with working in a social housing environment engaging with residents and representatives of the Client. Have an organised approach to meet the demands of your workloads completing repairs in an effective and timely manner. Have a practical approach to health and safety, ensuring that you and others are safe at all times.
