D365 F&O Functional / Technical Analyst c£75k + benefits Remote/Hybrid - London We’re working with a global organisation who are going through a significant transformation and are driving to double their turnover to £5bn over the next 3 years. As this growth will largely come from strategic M&A activity, they are looking to build out their in-house Dynamics 365 (F&O) capability to support this. This is a brand-new role within the company and the Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant will be instrumental in helping to do a deep dive into Dynamics 365 and will be pivotal in implementing, customising and optimising their Dynamics 365 estate to meet their specific business needs. Your role will involve working closely with the business and the wider technology team to translate their requirements into solutions that will enhance efficiency, productivity and overall business performance, whilst also offering ongoing support and troubleshooting to address issues, optimise performance, implement updates and create legal entities. Day to day you’ll be analysing and resolving complex issues, along with collaborating with development teams on both business-as-usual and large-scale projects, to drive efficiency, stability, and customer satisfaction in financial technology and will be able to explain complex processes in a clear and concise manner. You’ll possess strong expertise in IT systems, including workflows, project management, functional and technical design, testing, system configuration, requirements gathering, and process documentation and you’ll have detailed D365 F&O Systems experience – Modules: Cash & Bank, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Product Information Management, General Ledger, Project Management & Accounting, Data Management If you possess the below, then please apply for more information. 3+ years of experience working with D365 F&O in a technical or functional consultant role. Experience in D365 implementations, upgrades or migrations Strong stakeholder management skills with a calm, centred approach to managing tasks and projects. Key contributor to the D365 community – interest in attending conferences/ events and upskilling.
