Job Title: International Sales Manager
Salary: £50,000
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday

Overview:
We are seeking an International Sales Manager to drive profitable growth across a portfolio of strategic accounts. This role involves ensuring that all account plans, customer requirements, and sales-dependent activities are executed efficiently. The successful candidate will develop and implement growth strategies for designated accounts and markets, ensuring each customer s sales strategy is effectively met.
Main Duties:
- Sales and Marketing Implementation: Implement the agreed sales and marketing strategy, ensuring smooth communication with the company s distribution channels, including distributors, sales agents, and key direct accounts
- Performance Analysis: Regularly review historical sales data and current performance against budget in designated markets to identify any shortfalls or sales opportunities. Recommend and implement necessary changes to enhance sales performance through existing channels
- Market Expansion: Assess the potential for extending sales into new channels within designated export markets. Make recommendations for targeting new sectors and implement agreed-upon initiatives
- Product Suitability Evaluation: Collaborate with market contacts to evaluate the suitability of current product offerings. Provide market-specific feedback and knowledge to the Head of Export Sales to contribute to new product development
- Market Visits: Travel to designated markets to support sales initiatives, develop relationships, assess opportunities, and gather market information. Visit key retailers with agents/distributors to enhance product sell-through and secure new listings
- Market Intelligence: Provide market information, demand forecasts, and relevant updates on opportunities and threats to assist in formulating the annual sales budget
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet the sales budget set for designated markets
- Team Collaboration: Support other Global Sales team members and customers in achieving the overall sales plan
- Customer Service Coordination: Work closely with Customer Service teams to ensure consistent service, information flow, and strong relationships with other departments and customers
- Merchandising Collaboration: Partner with merchandisers to deliver exceptional brand exposure and experiences within your portfolio of accounts
- Brand Ambassador: Act as an ambassador for the clients Group brands.
This role requires a proactive and strategic individual who can effectively manage international sales operations, build strong relationships, and drive growth in diverse markets.
