Policy / Research Analyst
London with hybrid working

About the Organisation

Our client believes there is a need to put more power, resources, and decision making into the hands of communities. They do this by trusting people.

Their programme demonstrates the value of long-term, unconditional, resident-led funding through supporting communities to make their areas better places to live. They commit funds at the outset, and then support residents to develop their own plans to spend the funding in ways that they collectively agree will improve their area and the lives of those living there. They draw on the learning from their work to promote a wider transformation in the way policy-makers, funders and others engage with communities and places.

Their new initiative is aimed at exploring the future of policy related to neighbourhoods, particularly those facing multiple levels of disadvantage. The project will gather evidence, engage stakeholders, and provide policy recommendations to promote community-led change.

They are now looking for a Policy / Research Analyst to join them on a fixed-term contract until December 2025, working full-time, 36 hours per week.

The Benefits
- Salary of £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)

- 25 days' annual leave plus public holidays and three additional days for office closure between Christmas and New Year
- Excellent development opportunities
- Interest-free travel season ticket loan
- Time off for volunteering (two days per annum)

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced policy or research professional to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of neighbourhood policy.
