Position: Shift Technician (Electrical Bias) | Building Maintenance Location: Canary Wharf Salary: £52,000 Shift Pattern: Continental Shift (7AM - 7PM & 7PM -7AM ) Sector: Building Services & Maintenance About the Opportunity: Join a dedicated client-side team of engineers at a prestigious static site in East London! This is a fantastic chance for an experienced Shift Technician to work directly for an end-user known for offering some of the best benefits in the market. What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will be electrically qualified and possess a solid understanding of plumbing, mechanical, and building maintenance. Package & Benefits: * Competitive basic salary of £52,000 * Performance-based bonus (3% = £1,500) * Opportunities for overtime * Exceptional training and career progression * Comprehensive benefits package, including a strong pension scheme Key Responsibilities: * Perform planned maintenance tasks and varied unscheduled work in a busy environment * Perform maintenance on the infrastructure (outside work) * Conduct PPMs and reactive maintenance * Operate the Building Management System (BMS) and Lighting Control System (LCS) * Complete water treatment tasks in compliance with L8 using the water treatment logbooks * Maintain AHUs and FCUs Qualifications & Experience: * Relevant City & Guilds Electrical Qualifications (17th Edition & Level 3 Electrical Installations required) * Minimum of 5 years of experience in building services within a commercial, client-facing environment * Expertise in Electrical, Fabric, Plumbing, HVAC, Maintenance, Engineering, and Mechanical Facilities * CANDIDATE MUST BE AWARE THIS REQUIRES YOU TO WORK OUTSIDE ON OCCASSIONS How to Apply: If you’re ready to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!
