Job Title: Club Supervisor Location: Fulham, London Salary: £30,000 per year About Us: Our Club is a prestigious members-only space in Fulham, offering a unique blend of co-working and serviced office environments. We are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Club Supervisor to join our team and ensure the highest level of service for our members. Job Description: As the Club Supervisor, you will be the key point of contact for our members, ensuring that their needs are met with excellence and professionalism. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Club, ensuring a seamless experience for all members and guests. Key Responsibilities: Member Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with members, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally. Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Club, including the co-working space and serviced offices, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and running smoothly. Team Supervision: Manage and lead a small team of front-of-house staff, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure high standards of service. Event Coordination: Assist in organising and executing member events, ensuring they are successful and align with the Clubs standards. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to within the Club. Financial Oversight: Assist with budget management, monitor expenses, and ensure that financial targets are met. Problem-Solving: Handle any issues or emergencies that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to members. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a high-end hospitality, co-working, or serviced office environment. Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating a positive member experience. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organizational Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues efficiently. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of the Club. Usual Hours Monday to Friday.
