We are actively looking for a Gas Supervisor to join the team within a leading Housing Contractor on a permanent basis. Gas Supervisor benefits: £40,000 Van and fuel card Mobile phone Support provided for professional qualifications Electric Vehicle leasing scheme Cycle to work scheme Dental/Healthcare cash plan Service level awarded annual leave Employee wellbeing programme, offering regular health fairs, occupational health support, telephone support- counselling for staff Gas Supervisor key responsibilities: Supervise and delegate tasks to team members to ensure excellent service delivery Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team and provide constructive feedback Work closely with the Management to ensure optimal resource allocation and workflow Act as a technical resource for the team, providing guidance and support as required Ensure adherence to Health and Safety requirements and legislation Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction Gas Supervisor expected experience and qualifications: Experience working in domestic and gas safe registered Previous supervisory experience is essential Experience completing gas related works in social housing A full UK driving licence is essential Excellent communication and leadership skills We are keen to see CVs from Gas Supervisor, Gas Surveyor, Lead Gas Engineer and Gas Manager.
