Job Title: Customer Service Executive Location: Peterborough (Onsite) Hourly Rate: £12 per hour Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00, Friday 08:30 - 16:00 About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Executive to join our clients team in Peterborough. This is an onsite role where you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing excellent service and support in a friendly and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities: Answering Telephone Calls: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls. Monitoring Email Inboxes: Review and manage email inquiries, ensuring a timely response. Call Transferring: Direct calls to the appropriate team members with accuracy and efficiency. Payment Handling: Process payments accurately and securely. About You: The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a high attention to detail. You should be able to multitask effectively and maintain a positive demeanour under pressure.
