National Account Executive – Retail Solution Sales Location – Nationwide with national travel. Major motorway networks linked to cities such as would be acceptable. Bristol, London, Reading, Birmingham, Stoke, Derby, Nottingham, Northampton, Leicester, Sheffield Liverpool, Leeds, Manchester. Salary – Basic £35,000 to £37,000 doe, 3% Annual Bonus, plus monthly uncapped commission, OTE £50,000, car or car allowance and excellent benefits The Company This is a fantastic sales opportunity Our client is an established multinational foodservice equipment manufacturer. Working in over 100 countries worldwide, with over 100 employees in the UK. Their product range is varied and can be found in most establishments across the foodservice sector including QSR, Pubs, Restaurants, Hotels, Cafes. Due to fantastic sales growth and a highly successful 2023, we are seeking to add an experienced retail sales professional to our commercial team. The Role You will be working in our national retail accounts sales team, which will focus on maintaining and developing sales relationships with our UK customers. The role is varied and involves winning new business and account management within the retail sector, due to continued innovation, The account base is well established and is a well-established brand within the UK retail sector. Key Responsibilities Include Building and maintaining a portfolio of a key account, identifying new sales opportunities to maximise account revenue. Conduction account review meetings with key stakeholders, identifying sales opportunities, contract negotiations with new sales and existing customers within the account. The Person We are seeking to speak with candidates who have a passion for Foodservice, combined with experience in sales to the sector via retail outlets. Candidates with a background in sales to the retail sector of the foodservice industry will be of strong interest. Candidates must have experience of working for a foodservice manufacturer, this could be food or non-food such as capital equipment A background selling non-food products such as catering equipment or coffee and drinks equipment would be advantageous. Candidates must enjoy travel, have strong IT skills and have a relationship led approach to their sales and account management.
