Where no two days are the same.​ About the job you're considering Key Responsibilities: * Leadership: Lead a talented team of CAD Engineers and PLM Consultants. * Collaboration: Work closely with senior managers and consultants, and interact frequently with clients Program Leaders. * Innovation: Define and deploy a cutting-edge Digital Engineering toolchain. * SAFe Expertise: Support the definition of SAFe-based operating models, value streams, and delivery health monitoring. * Client Engagement: Collaborate with Capgemini’s Engagement Manager and Program Director Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.​ ​ If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: ​ identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service)​ Your role Have you successfully lead a PLM transformation project or are looking to do so? Have you lead diverse team towards a common goal in the digital engineering and manufacturing space? As our Senior PLM Engineering Lead, you will spearhead groundbreaking PLM programs for our prestigious Industry clients. Your role will be pivotal in delivering innovative process, methods, and tools to our clients Step into a world of innovation and excitement! As a Leader in our Digital Continuity Team, you’ll be at the forefront of digital Engineering and manufacturing. What we are looking for: * Leadership: Lead a talented team of CAD Engineers and PLM Consultants. Work closely with senior managers and consultants, and interact frequently with clients Program Leaders * Client Engagement: Collaborate with Capgemini’s Engagement Manager and Program Director and also the clients leadership team offering insights and direction. * Industry Experience: Background in Aerospace, Defence, Marine industries, with Nuclear or Automotive considered. We have built an inclusive and welcoming environment, for everyone.​ Your skills and experience * Preferably demonstrates experience in Both Engineering positions and IT positions (dual-perspective Business and IT) * Preferably has experience in business process modeling * Preferably with a background in Aerospace, Defence, Marine industries. Nuclear or Automotive can be considered as well.
