As a Behaviour Intervention Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students with challenging behaviour in the classroom. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in behaviour intervention and make a meaningful impact on children's lives. Responsibilities in your role as a Therapeutic Support Assistant: Work directly with students to promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation Help create a safe and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning Monitor and document student behaviour and provide feedback.
