Client Relationship Management The successful candidate will work closely with the front office team acting as a key point of contact internally (settlements and sales teams) and externally (client-facing). The ideal candidate would be proactive, able to multitask and enjoy a fast-paced, high performing environment. Key Responsibilities and Attributes Client relationship management Administrative support Excellent organisational skills and time management skills Ability to deliver under time pressure High attention to detail Responsible for ensuring smooth end-to-end experience for clients Pro-active attitude and ability to think ahead Onboarding Managing the onboarding process, acting as intermediary between the internal compliance team and the client/prospect. Post-onboarding Point of contact for existing clients; Any portal related queries or issues Any day-to-day payment related queries Demos of platforms for prospects/clients Supporting onboarding team with any request for KYC refresh documentation Working closely with transaction monitoring team to ensure payments and/or merchants' approvals are processed.
