Our client has been established since 1991, with their growth and longevity due to an excellent reputation in the market and outstanding service delivery. They specialise in reactive maintenance, full refurbishment, fabrication works and property services across both domestic and commercial properties. Having longstanding contracts with some of the most prestigious organisations / companies within London and the UK.
Role overview:
This is fast paced and challenging role. You will need to work efficiently and be adaptable. The objective of this role is to ensure the safe and correct delivery of agreed services between the business and any client / contract. Keeping within the agreed terms of any agreement / contract, the Account Manager will utilise the in-house engineers available and/or any sub-contractors to fulfil the client / contract requirements. Additionally, using the business systems to track the works and costs.
Responsibilities:
Contract Management:
- Mobilisation of a new client or contract will include an agreed period of time to have completed compliance, resourcing, finance etc (all of which you will be provided with training / guides)
- Engineer management allocating jobs to in-house team, attending monthly tool-box talk, checking job sheets
- Sub-contractor management contract set up on data systems used, liaising with sub-contractors
- Delivering at a fast and efficient turn-around time, and adhering to contract agreements
Client Management:
- Onboarding a client application form, T&C s, rates, costs
- Communicating with a client largely email or on client systems, telephone, job progression updates
- Monthly reporting (regular 1 to 1 s with client)
System management:
- Using job management systems for; in-house engineers, PPM regime s, contract specifics, job distribution / allocation for all clients works
- Client specific systems
- One Drive, H&S Portal
Requirements & Experience:
- Previous experience within an Account / Client Management role in the maintenance sector is essential
- Experience of organising trades operatives / engineers, liaising with clients and sub-contractors
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite / programs
- Professional email and telephone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and stay organised
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong work ethic and highly motivated
