Our fantastic client are looking for a highly motivated and experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join their growing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive lead generation, customer acquisition and wallet share. You will play a critical role in enhancing their digital marketing presence, optimising campaigns, and closely collaborating with their account managers to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts to support their growth ambitions. The role will require the successful candidate to work with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers and partners.
Marketing Manager - The Role:
Lead the Marketing team to develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads through various marketing channels (email campaigns, paid advertising, social media, SEO, and content marketing).
Track, analyse, and optimise lead generation efforts to improve conversion rates and ROI across our marketing and sales channels.
Develop and oversee the digital marketing strategy, including website management, SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, social media presence(s) and wider opportunities to drive high value leads.
Lead content creation for all digital channels, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, email marketing, and landing pages.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, using analytics to inform decision-making and adjust strategies as necessary.
Work closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals and customer needs.
Develop marketing collateral and sales enablement materials to support the account managers in closing sales and increasing wallet share.
Organise webinars, workshops, and events to strengthen relationships with existing clients and attract new business.
Plan, execute, and manage B2B marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive inbound demand. Marketing Manager - The Person:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing
Proven experience in lead generation and digital marketing
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and how they integrate with marketing efforts.
Data literate with experience in using CRM platforms and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales and account management teams.
Analytical and data-driven approach mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
Experience in creating marketing campaigns from the ground up, including strategy, execution, and performance tracking.
Fluent in key digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Salesforce, Google Campaign Manager, LinkedIn etc. INDSM
