The ideal candidate will be a true lead engineer with a passion for emerging technologies and a track record of leading and delivering high-quality projects and highly scalable solutions in an intense dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain robust backend systems using Python and FastAPI Lead our development projects, mentoring more junior developments and making key development decisions Integrating state-of-the-art AI solutions and technologies Lead the design and implementation of serverless architectures and distributed queue systems Develop ETL processes for document processing and data manipulation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI solutions Required Skills and Experience Strong proficiency in Python backend development and a track record of producing Python development in a startup environment Experience making architectural decisions in AI startups Strong experience with Python ASGI frameworks In depth knowledge of AI and LLM technologies Use of serverless architectures ETL processes and document processing Desired Qualities Passion for AI and emerging technologies Active participation in hackathons and side projects Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
