Are you a skilled Product Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to make an impact and drive brand success? Our client, a well-known organisation in London, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Product Manager on a temporary contract for 8 months.
As the Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement the brand's marketing strategy, focusing on driving awareness and loyalty among our target consumers. You will work closely with the cross-functional team to gather insights, conduct analysis, and build action plans to execute our 360-degree strategy.

What you'll do:
- Build strong relationships with the corporate team to develop the product catalogue, incorporating best practises and local consumer insights.
- Gather data and conduct market and consumer analysis to build a robust product and brand strategy that aligns with our objectives.
- Forecast new launches and work closely with Demand Planning and Commercial teams to ensure local relevance and simplicity.
- Be the brand portfolio champion, managing the catalogue and ensuring optimal distribution.
- Collaborate with the DEC team to drive brand and product campaigns in paid media channels.
- Work closely with the Activation team to ensure seamless execution of launches both online and offline.
- Manage the approval and delivery of product artworks and brand campaigns, liaising with relevant teams.
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for product launches and icon re-support, including logistics and launch tracking.
- Own the budget for your brand and analyse the effectiveness of PPP spend and activities.
- Present your brand and products in key meetings, showcasing their unique value and making people dream.
- Support the Brand Business Director and General Manager in building strategic presentations for various stakeholders.
What we're looking for:
- An experienced Product Manager with expertise in the beauty industry, particularly skincare.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience in forecasting and business reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding presentation skills to engage and inspire stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Collaborative nature with a keen understanding of others' needs and motivations.
- Proficiency in Windows, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
Our client offers a competitive hourly rate of 30.21, along with the opportunity to work with a renowned brand and a passionate team. This temporary contract until June 2025 is located in London (White City).
