Sales Consultant

Sales Consultant An opportunity has arisen for x3 Sales Consultants to join a leading retailer based in Belfast. Due to increasing growth, they are looking for someone with a passion for retail to join their team. This is a Full-Time, Permanent Position. Working Hours: 38 hours per week over 5 days. (to include weekends, bank holidays and some evening shifts). Salary: OTE £32,000 per annum. Job Purpose: As Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for recommending and selling the company's product range as well as providing a first-class customer service experience. Essential Criteria: * Previous experience of working within a sales role. * A proven track record in sales. * Excellent communication and telephone skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. * Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload with high attention to detail and good organisational skills. * Customer focused. * Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. Desirable Criteria: * Previous furniture retail experience. Main Duties and Responsibilities: * Providing every customer with an exceptional in store experience. * Taking the time to get to know and understand each customer's needs. * Fully involved in store layout plans and changes, your ideas can make a valued difference.
