Housing Officer - Oxfordshire

Housing Officer Oxfordshire, working hybrid between home, office and patch Permanent 37 hours per week £32-£38k per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-respected Social Housing provider to manage a patch of properties throughout Oxfordshire

You should have previous experience of managing Social Housing tenancies, dealing with all aspects of housing and estates management, including anti-social behaviour, housing and neighbourhood issues, contract related breaches and tenancy fraud.

You will be managing your own caseload of properties and you will be working closely with other departments within the organisation to ensure a smooth service is provided to customers
