IT Project Manager

Up to £60k DOE | Comprehensive benefit package | Hybrid Join our client's dynamic team as an IT Project Manager ! A Taunton-based company require a driven individual who is keen on delivering strategic initiatives within a dynamic IT environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about managing projects that align with business and strategic objectives. This role offers Hybrid working, 3 days a week in the Taunton office. Operating Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. Main responsibilities of the IT Project Manager: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver software projects as per the Strategic Project Portfolio, ensuring high standards and timely completion Maintain a thorough understanding of business processes and structures to ensure effective project execution Oversee the resourcing of project teams in collaboration with IT Management Attend out-of-hours deployments as required and perform additional tasks related to project delivery Requirements of the IT Project Manager: Relevant Project Management qualifications or equivalent experience; familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies (Scrum, CSPO or POPM) Proven experience in software project delivery and staying updated with software development/support techniques through continuous learning Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and ensure clear and professional interactions Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and solve problems proactively; a positive attitude and a team-oriented approach Your benefits will include: Hybrid working Company Bonus scheme Staff Health Insurance, cash plan and remote GP Pension – company contribute up to 15% of your salary Induction programme, mentoring and training Cycle to work scheme Monthly recognition Buy and sell additional annual leave Team building, fun actives and events Free on-site parking, with electric charging points Friendly and supportive environment Note on Sponsorship: We regret to inform you that at this time, we are unable to offer sponsorship for work authorisation for this role.
