Rate: £13.51 per hour PAYE
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:45am 5pm Friday 8:45am 4:30pm or 7:30am 4pm Monday to Friday
Contract: 6-month contract

Our manufacturing client is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a contract basis.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:
- Document Management: Organize and maintain customer-related documents
- Telephone calls: speaking with customers and clients
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and manage data in systems
- Customer Service: Provide professional support to customers
Requirements for the Customer Service Administrator:
- Computer Literate: Proficiency with office software
- Interest in Customer Service Development: Eager to learn and grow within the customer service sector
- Positive Attitude: A team player with a proactive approach
