Trainee Technical Co-ordinator

Location: Northampton Type of Role: Permanent, Full Time Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 Hours: Office Hours / Mon-Fri What We’re Looking For We are offering an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our technical team as a Trainee Technical Co-ordinator. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: • Understanding processes & procedures within the Technical and engineering department. • Dealing with technical enquiries from Quantity Surveyors, Engineers, and Site. • Reviewing and logging CCTV Surveys. • Reviewing drawing revisions • Register drawing revisions and issue them to chase up to Quantity Surveyors each Monday. • Administering site start information including site checks and chasing information. • Assist with departmental development. • Other duties as reasonably required from time to time Requirements: • At least 3 B’s at A Level or equivalent • Knowledge of CAD would be advantageous • Candidates with a desire for a long-term career within Construction • Dedicated and determined • Excellent problem-solving skills and organization • Good skill with numbers with a high degree of accuracy • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Ability to effectively prioritize and work under pressure • Clean UK driving license Benefits Offered by Our Client: - Pension scheme. - 23 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase additional annual leave.
