MEP Lead

MEP Lead We're looking for an MEP Lead to join one of our clients who are a leading delivery partner in the Data Centre industry. This role will be leading a team of mechanical and electrical engineers in Sweden. This role is paying anywhere up to €110K depending on your experience. You will be working on a 3-week rotational basis with additional benefits covering your pension, solo occupancy accommodation, generous weekly site allowance and much more You will have experience within a senior management position within the Data Centre industry where you have led previous electrical and mechanical engineers, have a good understanding of the procurement aspect of projects, the ability to be ability to read and understand engineering drawings & specifications, managing all health & safety and establish project resource requirements and lead the project team accordingly in seeing Data Centre projects through until the end. Previous experience within an MEP role. Must have an EU passport due to this work being in Sweden. Experience within Data Centre MEP projects. The ability to run and manage high performing and quick moving teams. A positive mindset to be able to support ongoing team projects and keep morale high. TPBN1_UKTJ
