This is a massive opportunity to join a huge company as the Operations Manager at Stirling Lines. In this role, you will oversee the efficient, compliant, and timely delivery of maintenance and response works, adhering to statutory legislation and MoD Mandatory requirements. You will ensure all activities comply with Health and Safety and Environmental standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities as an Operations Manager
- Direct suitably qualified and experienced operatives to relevant tasks, ensuring they have the appropriate equipment.
- Monitor Supply Chain service delivery to meet Key Performance Indicators.
- Review Risk Assessments and ensure all tasks are recorded against assets in the CAFM system.
- Ensure compliance with Legionella and Asbestos management plans, acting as the Responsible Person when required.
- Conduct inspections and audits.
- Project manage various M&E tasks from inception to completion.
Requirements-
- HNC or equivalent qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong IT skills.
- Experience in multi-site hard FM subcontractor management.
- Suitable for individuals currently working as Hard FM Managers or Works Coordinators in a reactive maintenance environment.
- Supervisors looking to advance their careers are also encouraged to apply.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to pass SC Clearance.
