BDS are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join a team working within a luxury retirement living service based in the Yateley area.
This retirement living village is a stunning state of the art service providing a high quality experience for residents and visitors and we are looking for someone with a passion to deliver and excellent dining experience.
There is a fantastic opportunity with this role with a view to progress and train to step into a Head Chef promotion!
Main duties will include but are not limited too;
Communicate and collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation.
Minimise wastage during food preparation and delivery.
Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in kitchen and food preparation areas.
Safely operate kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues.
Complete all necessary company documentation and tasks diligently
Excellent social working hours between 07.30am 6pm and alternate weekends off!
