Shipping/Logistics Operative Central Park, Rugby CV23 Long term opportunity via SolviT Recruitment Mon-Fri 09:00-17:30 £12.36 p/h rising to £12.51 after 12 weeks Overtime paid at £18.77 after 12 weeks We are currently hiring for a Logistics/Shipping Operative to join a well established player in the distribution industry. This is an exciting time to join this company as they are currently going through a period of growth and change! This is a rare job opportunity where you will receive lots of training, it's essentially an entry level role into the transport world. Duties will include: Utilising and updating the internal systems daily Conducting parcel investigations by liaising with internal departments e.g. sales and customers. Problem solving transit shipments issues Coordinating UK express parcel deliveries Managing insurance claims with carriers and other stakeholders. Working closely with the sales team, providing updates on shipment ETA.
