Telesales Lead Generator
Location: Central Bristol
Salary: 25,000 - 27,000
We are a well-established Recruitment Agency based in the heart of Bristol, seeking a Telesales Lead Generator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach: Proactively call and engage with existing clients to pick up new jobs, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through telesales, cold calling, and building long-term client relationships.
Support Consultants: Assist recruitment consultants by formatting CVs, writing job adverts, and managing job postings.
Interview Coordination: Send out interview guides and support the recruitment process with timely communication between clients and candidates.
Office Support: Be the go-to person in the office, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What We're Looking For:
Strong telesales or customer service experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
Confidence in generating leads and building rapport with clients.
A proactive, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills.
Ability to multitask and provide valuable support to the recruitment consultants.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when formatting CVs and preparing job descriptions.
