Senior Trade Marketing Manager

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Trade Marketing Manager has arisen in Surrey, working for a recognised FMCG brand. The successful candidate will lead a small team, delivering brand activations and driving strong relationships with retailers. This role will require physical office presence; 5 days per week and experience in driving BTL marketing activities. Description The successful Senior Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for; Developing and implementing the brand activation and BTL strategy for the organisation. Managing the budget for BTL marketing and promotional activities Developing programmes and deliver highly targeted multi-channel campaigns for cross-sell and upsell. Understand and report against engagement programme KPIs, Forecast, track, analyse and report on activity. Leading a small team to deliver stronger retailer relationships and opportunities to deliver memorable brand experiences. Profile A successful Senior Trade Marketing Manager should have; Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry. Exceptional leadership skills and ability to manage a small team. Strong understanding of market trends and branding strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. The ability to demonstrate successes with key retail partners.
