Logistics Administrator (Part-Time) Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 2:00pm We are looking for a motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our client's team on a part-time basis. This position provides a chance to thrive in a busy setting while helping maintain efficient daily operations. Primary Responsibilities: * Welcome and check in drivers, providing them with briefings on procedures and Health and Safety guidelines. * Accurately process pre-shipped deliveries. * Collect and log data on trailer suitability from arriving drivers and the shunting team. * Coordinate the dispatch order of drivers to the loading area, providing signals as needed. * Plan and organise shunter assignments for unloading and reloading activities. * Communicate with Supply Chain and Corrugated teams regarding trailers scheduled for unloading and reloading. * Transfer data between software systems, including MS Teams and TMS. * Perform general administrative duties. Qualifications: * Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication, along with solid literacy and numeracy abilities. * Proficiency in MS Excel; SAP experience is a plus. * Commitment to using data effectively to drive operational improvements. * Resilient, assertive, and highly motivated. * Customer-oriented with an ability to connect and communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and suppliers. * Experience in promoting and adhering to safety standards. * Willingness to take on other related duties as needed.
