Sytner Group is looking for a passionate and driven Loyalty Specialist to join our motivated sales team at Mercedes-Benz of Bath with a basic salary of £20,000 and the opportunity to earn a generous commission and bonus, with uncapped potential.
As a Mercedes-Benz Loyalty Specialist, you will report to the Head of Sales and be sales focused and target-orientated. Your responsibilities will include, selecting potential loyalty opportunities, outbound calling customers, booking and confirming appointments, meeting and dealing with customers face to face, referring customers to the sales and management team and logging your results. In addition, you will need to complete the sales process from start to finish when required, selling the car and any add on products. You will also be tasked with valuing cars for potential stock acquisition purposes.
About you
We are looking for an organised, determined individual who has fantastic interpersonal skills. In additon to taking pride in engaging with customers, both face-to-face and over the phone, you will also have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
You will need exceptionally high standards, great initiative and the ability to work in a logical and cost-effective manner. You will be able to bring new and innovative ideas into the department and will continue to drive performance, whilst challenging the status quo. A real people person, and friendly, but professional demeanour.

Mercedes-Benz Loyalty Specialists work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
