Each day our chefs select the freshest ingredients sourced wherever possible from trusted Devon suppliers to create delicious table d'hte and a la carte menus that will surprise and delight you. The luxurious en-suite bedrooms are beautifully furnished, and most have private balconies facing south with exceptional sea views of the beautiful Sidmouth seafront. Main duties and responsibilities: We are seeking an individual to join our team who possesses the finest of hospitality skills, where the guest and their needs are the priority. You will have the ability to work well with others and multi task, being able to handle the pressure of service whilst ensuring guest expectations are not only met, but exceeded. Essential criteria: You will have experience of working in a similar role ideally to Rosette standards and in a minimum 3* hotel.
