Great, we are looking to strengthen our Customers Quality team, and have multiple vacancies for Quality auditors Please note-It would be ideal if you have your own transport due to the location This is a busy role, and your tasks will vary for each area of the business In your new role as a Quality Auditor: Collect and isolate samples Prepare specimens for analysis and observation. Conduct laboratory tests and record results. Maintain laboratory equipment and make sure lab supplies are available. Follow strict safety rules and procedures to eliminate contamination of specimens. Solution preparation. Checking raw materials Checking Ph. Quality checks for all products and documentation including weight checks and report of any specification. Create comprehensive documentation for quality issues and note the corrective actions that were taken Collecting samples, checking the cleanliness of all machinery and equipment, after cleaning, to determine its readiness for use. Metal detectors checks. Audits including GMP. Technical liaison for contractors and service providers e.g. pest control in the absence of QA Supervisor Complete additional tasks as deemed reasonable by QA Supervisor/ QA Manager. Carry out end of life product sampling panels with the wider team Tray validations Complete sleeve intakes against agreed specification Control of reference sample area removing out of date meals Skills & Attributes Experience in a similar environment is advantageous Food Hygiene and Safety certificate is advantageous Good organisational skills and communication skills Be process driven To be punctual and accurate Able to carry out tasks in a timely manner and complying with relevant timetables To be proactive, constantly looking for new and better ways to perform your duties To communicate problems and ask assistance from your manager as required Team player Working hours-4on 4off days and nights rotating Salary £12.88-13.88 per hr For a more detailed job description and benefits,  please apply
