Job Title: Assistant Estimator
Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 DOE
Location: Wandsworth

Are you an estimator who would be interested in working on both new build & refurbishment projects?
Would you enjoy working for a owner managed business?
This is a great opportunity to work for a contractor who are delivering new build & refurbishment solutions to the social housing market on behalf of the local council. You will play a part in the successful delivery of these projects ensuring that they are profitable for the business.
We would welcome conversations with estimators who:
- Have a background in construction - social housing would be advantageous
- Able to present quotes and tenders directly to clients & suppliers
- Can demonstrate an understanding of different software packages
- Hold strong communicate skills across all levels
- Are capable of working on your own and as part of a team
