Space 8 Recruitment are proud to be supporting this growing FMCG company who are already number one in the UK in their field. We are looking for an e-commerce Operations Coordinator. The role: Oversee daily eCommerce warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, inventory management and dispatching goods. Ensure all online/B2C orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner, adhering to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Run inventory reports and carry out checks between ERP and WMS systems to ensure stock levels are accurate at both ends. Manage inventory levels, arrange stock transfers between locations as required, and ensure efficient space utilisation. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure data accuracy across all systems. Monitor and manage online orders from receipt through to fulfilment and delivery. Resolve issues related to order processing or delivery and support the customer experience team with handling customer inquiries and complaints as needed. Work closely with the planning and eCommerce teams to plan and execute manual repack/rework jobs with the warehouse team. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Monitor the ERP alert inbox throughout the day. Investigate and address errors received from the ERP alert system to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all eCommerce operational activities. Report any issues or discrepancies to senior management and provide insights for operational improvements. Generate and analyse reports on eCommerce operations, including order volumes, fulfilment rates, and inventory metrics. Work closely with other teams, including marketing, IT, and customer experience, to align operations with business objectives and support promotional campaigns. What are they offering?
