The Client
Our client offer a fabulous opportunity to join a team working to 2aa rosette level standards for a stunning conference and events centre in Hook.
The Role
We are looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join the team for a local award winning Hotel. The hotel is set in 35 acres of beautiful Hampshire countryside, providing a delightful backdrop to the many weddings and events that they host year-round. The client were a National Winner at the 2021 Luxury Wedding Awards, and LuxLife Global Excellence declared them the Best Luxury Country Hotel in Hampshire
Responsibilities
As Assistant F&B Manager you will be a driven, efficient leader who prioritises the guest experience and smooth running of the hotel at all times. Your role will be varied and ever-evolving, and you will guide your team through tasks including the following:
As Assistant F&B Manager- Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry would be beneficial. The role can be physically demanding due to the need to move tables/chairs/equipment on a regular basis.

- Overseeing and assisting with smooth breakfast, lunch and dinner services
- Setting up for, and clearing after, events including weddings and conferences
- Assisting with weddings, events and conferences being held
- Ensuring the bar runs smoothly
