The successful person will report to the Pastoral Care Manager (PCM), and will liaise closely with HR, Line Managers and Occupational Health, assisting with in care-giving to the Companys workforce and supporting the wellness of all employees. The postholder will work with employees, develop reports and resource materials on a confidential basis and be neutral from company operations. An excellent opportunity for an experienced Pastoral Care Associate who wants to further develop their career within a large organisation.
