Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 basic, with uncapped commission potential up to £40,000 per year
What You'll Do:
- Schedule sales meetings with business owners and Directors to promote our services
- Collaborate with your Business Development Manager to create new sales opportunities
- Generate leads, set appointments, and secure referrals through daily new business activity
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets in a dynamic and supportive culture
- Accurately build and manage your sales pipeline
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in outbound sales is preferred but not essential
- Ability to work effectively to meet KPIs
- Proactive and self-motivated approach with a passion for sales targets
- Strong organisational skills and a resilient, outgoing personality
- Professional approach with a keen business sense and entrepreneurial spirit
