Operations Director/ RI £60,000 - £75,000 Cheshire Are you experienced within children's residential and looking to make that next step into senior management? The primary expectation for this position is to provide senior leadership and management to a group of Registered Managers. The goal is to ensure the creation of emotionally secure, consistent, warm, supportive, and caring environments for the young individuals under their care. Additionally, the role involves promoting the social, physical, emotional, intellectual, and moral development of these young people, enabling them to reach their full potential. The Operations Director/ RI responsibilities include guiding the Registered Managers to meet the standards outlined in the Children's Homes Regulations of 2015. This entails providing direct mentoring, leadership, and management, as well as looking after their well-being. The Operations Director/ RI plays a crucial role in providing general support within the organisation.
