Join Work'n'Diversity as a Certified Oliver McGowan Trainer with Learning Disabilities Are you passionate about making workplaces more inclusive? At Work'n'Diversity , we’re dedicated to empowering neurodivergent professionals and fostering workplaces that respect and uplift every individual. We’re seeking up to three certified Oliver McGowan trainers with learning disabilities to lead important training sessions on neurodiversity and inclusion. Role : Certified Oliver McGowan Trainer Contract Type : Zero-hour Pay Rate : £200 per session About Work'n'Diversity Founded with a deep commitment to workplace inclusion, Work'n'Diversity specialises in neurodivergent employment support and advocacy. What You’ll Do As a trainer, you’ll use your lived experience to educate and inform others. Your sessions will offer insights into supporting neurodivergent and learning-disabled individuals at work, helping employers implement effective inclusion strategies. Key Responsibilities Lead training sessions on neurodiversity and inclusion, bringing a unique perspective through your own experiences and Oliver McGowan certification. Address participant questions to help them understand and implement inclusive practices. Stay informed on best practices in neurodiversity and workplace inclusion to keep training sessions relevant. Qualifications Certification : Must be a certified Oliver McGowan Trainer Lived Experience : Must have a learning disability Skills : Clear and confident communication Ability to engage with diverse groups Education/Experience : While specific educational backgrounds aren’t required, experience in public speaking or previous training experience is a plus. Start Date : Work can begin as early as November, with flexibility to start anytime between November and January based on training availability.
