What you’ll do as Finance Administrator:
As Finance Administrator you’ll be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable functions.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Input all supplier invoices, credit notes and expenses onto our ERP system, Visual.
Reconciliation of invoices with suppliers and internal procurement team.
Liaising with our suppliers on queries, payments, ledger reconciliation's and missing invoices.
Produce weekly payment runs to our suppliers.
Preparing, administrating, and filing LB Bentley Sales Invoices and assisting with the collection of payment.
What you’ll need as Finance Administrator:
Accounts Payable experience is essential, preferably within Manufacturing.
Communicates well and is comfortable liaising with our suppliers by telephone and managing payment expectations.
Good attention to detail and a keen problem solver.
Will need to be able to work towards tight deadlines and flex to support the rest of the team when required.
