Systems, Data & Technology Manager - £55-65k London (Chancery Lane) – 3 days in office
The Company
My client are a long standing successful recruitment agency focused on placing senior level appointments into the clean energy and sustainability sectors. Based in London, they are looking to bring on board a Systems & Technology Manager to lead the transformation and embedding of their tech stack as they continue to grow.
Currently passing the 100 heads milestone, they are continuing to grow as they aim to build the business to be ready for investment over the next 3-4 years, with their tech ability becoming a key focus in continuing to enable growth.

The Role
As Systems, Data & Technology Manager, you will:
Oversee data management, ensuring accuracy, quality, integrity and security.
Proactively identify and address system issues, bugs, and enhancements to maximize platform efficiency.
Use reports and dashboards to monitor trends, identify opportunities and make data driven decisions
Be able to collaborate with stakeholders to improve pipeline efficiency by streamlining processes and improving automation
Implement best practices for lead management, opportunity tracking and sales forecasting
Develop and maintain documentation, training materials and best practice to support users effectively
Manage the relationship with the key technology vendors including Seven20 for Salesforce, Doherty IT Support and Hardsoft Leasing
What we are looking for
CRM Management experience (3 years +) preferably with Salesforce
Proven experience with data reporting strategies and strong analytical skills
Solid understanding of API principles and experience with integrations
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build strong relationships with stakeholders of all levels
Strong vendor relationship management skills
Experience with Power BI/tableau or similar
