Project Architect

Are you a Project Architect ready to lead exciting projects? Our client specialises in Residentail, Commercial and Industrial developments.

Role Overview:

• Oversee projects across all RIBA stages, from design to completion.
• Coordinate technical requirements and manage design outcomes.
• Work on diverse projects including Residential, Commercial, and Industrial buildings.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving license.
• Ideally 3+ years post-qualification experience.
• ARB/RIBA registered.
• Strong design skills and UK building regulations knowledge.
• Experience managing teams is a bonus.
• Client-facing with excellent presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MicroStation or ArchiCAD is preferred (training provided if needed).
