We are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Technician to join our dynamic team and lead our insurance-related restoration projects. The Role As our Senior Technician , you'll lead fire and flood restoration projects, from initial assessments to completion. Collaborating with insurance adjusters and clients, you'll deliver top-quality solutions, ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Oversee fire and flood restoration projects Collaborate with insurance professionals Lead and train a team of technicians Conduct assessments and develop work plans for claims Perform damage mitigation using the latest techniques Carry out moisture surveys and drying operations Ensure accurate, timely paperwork What we offer: Competitive salary Company vehicle and equipment Pension contributions 20 days holiday + bank holidays Career progression and training BDMA sponsorship (if required) The Ideal Candidate We're looking for a driven and experienced professional who is hands-on, detail-orientated, and passionate about restoration.
