Are you passionate about creating innovative Salesforce solutions and driving continuous improvement? Our clients dynamic team is seeking a skilled Salesforce Admin/Developer to collaborate with stakeholders, design custom Salesforce solutions, and ensure platform excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate & Gather Requirements: Work closely with stakeholders and the product owner to understand business needs.
Custom Salesforce Solutions: Design and implement custom objects, fields, flows, and validation rules.
Development & Maintenance: Develop and maintain Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
Platform Optimisation: Customise and configure Salesforce features to enhance performance and user experience.
Integration: Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other tools.
System Health Monitoring: Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues to ensure stability.
Stay Current: Keep up with Salesforce releases and new features, assessing their impact on our organisation.
Technical Guidance: Provide support and training to Salesforce administrators.
User Release Notes: Create user release notes for new enhancements.
Best Practices Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive best practices.
Mentorship: Mentor and train current Salesforce Admins with guidance from the Salesforce Product Manager.
Requirements:
Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and customisation.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data, and security models.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
A continuous learner mindset and passion for new technologies and best practices.
