Nixon McQuade have partnered with a new and exciting company based in Belfast, seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Associate to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen interest in sports and entertainment. The Role: Actively engage with clients to promote and sell tickets, packages, and event-related services. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and repeat business. Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent support before, during, and after events. Work closely with the events and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and client communications. The Person: Previous experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the travel industry. Familiarity with Amadeus software is highly advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage with a wide range of clients. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
