Design Manager/ Technical Manager

I am hiring for a Technical/ Design Manager for a regional contractor based in Poole. Typical projects will be RC frame buildings accomodations, with some high end residential projects too. Responsibilities: * Responsible for the Design Management of up to circa 3 projects * Liaise with clients and sub-contractors whilst working alongside the construction teams Requirements: * You will work with a Contracts Manager on up to 3 projects depending on size * Office based but working on site when required * Experience in a Design role with a main contractor * Engineering, degree or Project Management background * Proficient in Microsoft If your interested, please apply or give Ollie a call on(phone number removed)
