Are you a recent graduate looking for an exciting first role? We are looking for a membership coordinator to join the membership team at The Birley Clubs. The Birley Clubs are a collection of some of London's most iconic private members' clubs, including Annabel's, Mark's Club, George, and Harry's Bar. Known for our rich heritage, outstanding service, and world-class facilities, we offer a unique and exclusive experience to our members. We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable Membership Coordinator to join our team and support the continued growth and management of our prestigious membership community. Job Overview: The Membership Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Membership Manager in all aspects of the membership journey, from onboarding new members to maintaining existing relationships. This role involves managing membership applications, coordinating member communications, and assisting with events and activities that enhance the overall member experience. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Membership Administration: Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring all records are up to date. Member Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new members, including welcome communications, orientation, and introductory events. Member Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for member inquiries, providing timely and accurate information about club services, events, and policies. Event Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating member events, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for attendees. Data Management: Maintain accurate membership databases, track member activity, and generate reports as required. Member Retention: Support the Membership Manager in developing strategies to enhance member satisfaction and retention, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including events, marketing to ensure a cohesive approach to member service. Requirements: Recent graduate desirable Previous experience in a membership, customer service, or administrative role, preferably within a private members' club, luxury hospitality, or events environment desirable. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse membership base. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and membership management software. A passion for providing outstanding service and a genuine interest in the hospitality and luxury lifestyle sectors.
