Description
We seek a passionate advocate for digital transformation and practice dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals through digital enablement. This role will involve shaping the developing community provider TEC offers, Optimal Handed Care (OHC), and aligning it with the Independent Living Centres (SILCs). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our actions benefit individuals, carers, and communities while creating a supportive working environment for our Care staff.
Responsibility
To assist the Responsible Senior Officer (RSO) for TEC in Digital Lead in Health as part of the DISC programme in Year 3, plus commissioning appropriate services, developing policy and continuous service development within the Care Market. To create effective frameworks, strategies, and guidelines for jointly commissioned services with partner and commercial agencies. To ensure robust commissioning outcomes and service delivery to achieve agreed outcomes. To continue the development of commissioned services within the Care Market (Residential and Domiciliary Care) as required.
Qualification – Essential
* GCSE Grade A-C (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.
* (HCC) Professional qualification registered as Occupational Therapist or
* Physiotherapists registered to the Health and Care Professionals Council or
* Registered nurse to Nursing Midwifery Council, Or have a post-graduate certificate in Ergonomics & Human Factors qualification."
* Advanced –Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, social media and CRM.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience Requirements - Criteria-to be Tested at Shortlisting.
* Demonstrable Subject matter expertise across several key digital/TEC, data and Moving and Handling Practice areas.
* Experience and application of planning, project and programme management methodologies and practices within community settings.
* Ability to work without supervision, providing specialist advice to the organisation, working to tight and often changing timescales.
* Ability to work collaboratively with team members to coordinate highly effective project management and ensure critical dates and deadlines are disseminated straightforwardly, effectively and supportively.
* Ability to interpret national and local policy for implementation.
* Practical Leadership skills.
* Experience working within a complex and challenging environment, managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
* Appropriate social care training, e.g., the Mental Capacity Act 2005, Safeguarding, and Child Protection.
* Moving and Handling of people trainer Level 4 accredited or willing to undertake this within six months.
* A Full and Clean Driving Licence, including the PCV element
