Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all waste management operations to ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Develop and implement waste management strategies to minimize environmental impact. Monitor and report on waste disposal practices, ensuring adherence to company policies. Collaborate with various departments to promote sustainable waste management practices. Conduct training sessions for staff on waste handling and disposal techniques. Maintain accurate records of waste generated and disposed of in line with regulations. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting waste management. Role Requirements: Proven experience in waste management, particularly in the fine chemicals sector. Strong knowledge of environmental legislation and compliance requirements. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
