With room to experiment and make your mark, you’ll have the chance to shape your approach and make an impact on a growing team. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Execution : Contribute to the development and evolution of our growth marketing strategy, focusing on techniques that scale and strengthen our brand presence. Data-Driven Optimisation : Use data analytics to identify trends and fine-tune strategies for our ICPs, promoting a culture of experimentation and testing. Paid Social Campaigns : Manage paid social campaigns across platforms, particularly LinkedIn, ensuring they deliver high-quality MQLs efficiently. Cold Outbound Campaigns : Design and execute innovative outbound email campaigns with clear KPIs aligned to business objectives. Automation & Systems Integration : Support HubSpot automation and integrate systems to streamline lead management from source to conversion. Must-Have Skills and Experience Growth Marketing Experience : Proven success in data-driven lead generation and growth marketing strategies. Technical Know-How : Experienced with CRM and digital tools, particularly HubSpot, Zapier, and Webflow. Analytical Mindset : Skilled in data analysis with a passion for uncovering insights to guide strategy adjustments.
